Frequently Asked Questions

Is the signal any different if I buy from you instead of Trimble?
No. Identical corrections, same satellites. You're choosing the price and who backs you up — not the signal.
What do I need at checkout?
Your receiver serial number (on the receiver itself or in your display's settings menu — the checkout page shows you where to find it) and a card. That's it.
How fast is it active after I pay?
Orders placed during business hours are activated within a matter of minutes and you'll receive an email confirmation when it's live. If there is an issue with the order, such as incorrect serial number, our team will address it promptly.
What happens when my subscription runs out mid-season?
We email you before it expires and renewal is two clicks from your account — no gap, no re-entering details, no losing guidance mid-job.
Do I need mobile reception?
Not for the satellite-delivered plans (CenterPoint, RangePoint, ViewPoint). Only VRS Now needs mobile coverage. If you farm somewhere reception is unreliable, satellite delivery is the answer.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. If need be, we can support you to upgrade your account if you find you need greater accuracy.
