Getting Started

This manual will take you through the activation of Trimble's RangePoint RTX correction service. This manual is only for the Pro 700 or IntelliView Displays. The IntelliView Display will be used as the example; however, the same steps apply to the CNH Display.

Activating the RTX Subscription

Access Home Screen

Click the 'Back' button on your display home screen.

Open Toolbox

Click the Toolbox icon.

Find GPS Settings

Once the display settings have appeared, search the bottom bar for the GPS icon. You may have to scroll across the options, to do this press the arrow icon until you find 'GPS.' Click the GPS icon.

Locate Serial Number

Then press the scroll down arrow to find your devices serial number.

Important

Your dealer needs to know your devices serial number to send the activation code.

Access Activation Box

Once your dealer has sent the activation code, press the activation box.

Enter Activation Code

Enter the activation code, then click 'Enter.'

Activate Service

Click the 'Activate' Icon. Once the code has been entered correctly, scroll back to the top by clicking the up arrow on the sidebar.

Select Correction Type

Click the Correction Type icon and select RangePoint RTX from the drop-down menu.

Set RTX Setup Options

Make sure your RTX Setup Options are set to custom. Click the RTX Setup Options icon and select Custom from the drop-down menu.

Edit Custom Settings

Once your options are set to custom, click the edit button.

Accept Warning

A warning screen will appear, click 'Accept.'

Configure Frequency and Baud Rate

The Frequency and Baud Rate settings will appear. Ensure these are set to the following values, then press the OK button.

Required Settings:
Frequency: 1555.8080 MHz
Baud Rate: 2400

Verify Operation

To ensure all operations run smoothly check if your screen is displaying the 'DGPS' icon. If you experience any problems, contact your local dealers. The set up is now complete and is ready to proceed with your regular operations.

Setup Complete!

Your RangePoint RTX correction service is now active and ready for regular operations.
